Mathematical Modeling with Applications (M2A25)
Mathematical Modeling with Applications (M2A25)
Celebrating the 65th birthday of Prof. Hassane Sadok
The M2A25 conference, hosted by the LAMAI laboratory in the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies, Marrakesh, is organized within the framework of an APRD project funded by OCP Foundation and supported by CNRST, the Moroccan Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, the University Mohammed VI Polytechnic and the Cadi Ayyad University.
The M2A25 conference is an international conference in which more than 20 countries are expected to be represented by more than 100 participants, consisting of academic researchers and scientists working in industry. The conference will cover different areas related to the application of numerical analysis to practical problems in engineering, industry, environment, medical imaging, and new image and information technologies. Participants will share their recent contributions and their experience in these fields.
Internationally renowned invited speakers (editors of major international journals such as SIAM, ETNA and others) will be present among the participants.
The areas covered by the conference come from practical fields and consist of:
Completion Methods and Applications to Data Science.
Linear and Multilinear Algebra. Control. Model Reduction.
Numerical Methods for PDEs.
Inverse-Ill-posed Problems.
Approximation and Optimization.
Applied Statistics
Applications to Engineering, Biodiversity, Imaging, Big Data, Machine Learning, etc.
The conference will allow students (PhD’s and others) and young researchers to see the latest developments in fundamental research and its applications to industrial problems. This will enable young researchers to establish collaborations between new teams, explore innovative research avenues, and contribute to the dynamism of research in our region. The conference aims to promote innovative research and production of new knowledge, a crucial element for the world development.
Particular attention will be given to applications of numerical and scientific computing to biodiversity, the environment, medical imaging, and new information and communication technologies.
